Principal

Dr. Patricia Moss is the principal at Gulfport Central Middle. She has been in education for 18 years, starting her teaching career at GCMS in 1998 while working on her Bachelor of Arts degree from William Carey College. She also holds a Master's of Education degree from William Carey. Dr. Moss continued her education to earn a Specialist in Educational Leadership and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Her goal as the Administrator is to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that empowers students to become productive members in an ever-changing world. Gulfport Central Middle is committed to high expectations and academic success in a respectful and responsible learning environment.

Dr. Moss is very excited about this school year, emphasizing that Academics are the top priority!
